Installation Instructions 1. Navigate to the App Directory tab in your Yext account and open the Zendesk Guide app. 2. Click “Install”, then “Install on Yext.” 3. You will be prompted to authorize the app to make changes in your Yext account. 4. Next you will be prompted to provide your Zendesk subdomain. 5. The app is now syncing Help Article entities into your Yext account!
